  For every 60 lbs of dust collected in the LongoPac® bag dust, only two tablespoons escapes the cyclone and that's captured by the micro-fiber bags which are nested inside the HEPA filters.

MINIMAL MAINTENANCE

• Using cyclonic separation there is NO pre-filter to clean therefore there is no filter cleaning

• Costly and unhealthy pre-filters to clean, touch and replace are ELIMINATED!

Buyer Beware, "It's Your Responsibility"

• As per the OSHA Silica Dust Regulation:  it is the customer's responsibility (not the manufacturer) that the dust extractor operates and is maintained to perform at the stated specifications.

• The routine cleaning & replacement of a pre-filter in a dust extractor is an unhealthy and costly chore.  Consult the owners manual of your dust extractor, but not all filters are washable and using an air compressor (besides being unhealthy and unsafe), is not allowed as per the OSHA Silica Dust Rule.
