Returns & Exchanges

		Contact Us First Call USA Dust Guard before sending anything back

		Receive Authorization If the return is approved, we'll provide the appropriate return authorization information and return instructions.

		Ship the Product Customer must provide tracking information and return the merchandise with the required time period.

		Inspection & Processing Once received and approved, the refund will be processed according to the policy.

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION

	Most new, unopened items may be returned within 15 days of delivery
	Returns resulting from our error may qualify fore return shipping reimbursement
	Customer initiated returns may be subject to an 18% - 25% restocking fee
	Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
	Merchandise must be returned in new/resalable condition.
	Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

IMPORTANT - USED VACUUM RETURNS
Used dust extractors and vacuums cannot be returned. Due to the environments in which they are used, they cannot be resold.

REFUND INFORMATION
The refund process can take up to approximately four weeks from the time we receive your return.

Many of the products sold by USA Dust Guard are manufactured by established equipment and tooling manufacturers. Applicable warranty coverage is provided by the respective manufacturer and may vary by product, manufacturer and type of failure.
