Return
Policy
You
may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a
full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the
return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective
item, etc.).
Authorized Return
Tracking Number - if returns or exchanges are approved, customer must
request a return authorization number, provide us with the return number
and customers must pay for return shipping.
A 18-25% re-stocking
fee is applicable. No refunds are ever given on shipping &
handling costs. Receipt of good(s) confirms that customer has read
and agrees to abide by the return policy listed here and on ALL INVOICES
and PACKING SLIPS.
Shipping charges are NOT
refundable.
Refund(s) are only
issued once all merchandise has been returned by the customer to Scott
Electric within 15 days of original delivery date and in the same as new
condition and approved by management.
After an order has
shipped, customers are responsible for all shipping & handling and
restocking costs.
If a return or exchange
is authorized and approved by Scott Electric, then all merchandise must
be immediately returned by the customer to Scott Electric within 30 days
of original delivery date to customer (per return & exchange
policy: a proper shipping & tracking number must be provided
to Scott Electric for your return). A return address will be
provided to the customer by Scott Electric. If an address is not
provided, then merchandise should be immediately shipped back to the
Scott Electric address provided on our official company website’s
contact page.
If merchandise is not
returned within 30 days of the original delivery date then all sales are
final.
The original delivery
date is the date show on the company shipping / tracking report.
All customers are provided shipping & tracking reports and tracking
numbers for their orders. If a tracking number is not provided,
please contact a Scott Electric representative.
There are no other
expressed, implied, verbal, or written policies regarding Scott Electric
return/exchange/refund/warranty procedures and policies other then what
is listed here and on itemized invoice(s) and packing slip(s).
We
are unable to accept any
used vacuums
due to the hazardous environments these products are used in it is
against federal regulation to have these items shipped back.
Buyer
will pay Shipping
and/or 18% - 25% Restocking Fee if
the product is returned if it is a result of their error (purchased
incorrect item, too many items, no longer wants product).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving
your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will
receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the
transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10
business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we
receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to
process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply call us to discuss the
return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've
received and processed the returned item.
Limited
Warranty
All
products distributed by us have been manufactured by other
parties. These products may be warranted by their respective
manufacturers against defects in workmanship and materials that arise
during normal use.
There
may be a limited term to any of these manufacturers warranties and these
warranties may be invalidated by any misuse of the products.
The
manufacturers have provided all statistical information found in our
website. These statistics are reproduced solely for the Buyer's
information and convenience. This website does not represent these
statistics as being accurate.
Determining
the adequacy of any product for any intended purpose is the sole
responsibility of the Buyer. In making that determination, the
Buyer has not relied upon any warranty or representation made by our
company.
We
do not recognize the authority of any agent, employee or representative
of our company to bind us to any representation, affirmation of fact or
warranty, expressed or implied.
No
warranty shall be created by any statement made in this website for the
advertisement or promotion of any product.
Our
company makes no warranties of any kind. Any and all warranties,
expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed by our company.
Any
claim for consequential or incidental damages arising out of or
connected to the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of any product found
in this web site shall in no event be our company's liability.
In
all events, our liability shall be limited to and shall not exceed the
purchase price paid for the products by the Buyer.
