Unique and patented pre-separator separates the dust in two stages for up to 90% pre-separation.  With the pre-separator and cyclonic separation built into the machine, this design provides three (3) important benefits:

1. Keeps the pre-filter clean which maximizes sustained suction

2. Less interruptions to clean or purge the filter

3. Besides longer filter life from dust and debris, hot mastics and sticky terrazzo debris are prevented from prematurely compromising and the filter 

4. No extra equipment is needed to be handled or transported to the jobsite.

EXTRA-LARGER FILTER SURFACE AREA - the larger the filter surface area, the longer the operating times at peak performance.

With 45 sq/ft of filter surface area, that consists of 32 Teflon-Coated Sock Filters and Two (2) Hepa 14 Filters, the Scanmaskin 9000 Dust Extractor is one of the largest, most efficient, and best designed industrial dust collector made.  And the Hepa 14 filters (2) provides the extremely high filtration rate of 99.995% which will handle the finest and most dangerous of particles.

ADDITIONAL DESIGN FEATURES:

• Variable Speed Power & Suction - Equipped with a variable speed drive which allows you to adjust the power and suction speed depending on the application. This combination, along with XL filter capacity and high airflow from the pre-separator, allows you to connect more machines to the same vacuum cleaner.
• Design & Ergonomics - The Scanmaskin 9000 Dust Extractor has a height-adjustable cyclone for flexible transport options and is also equipped with solid rear wheels and 8" large swivel wheels for easy handling in the workplace.
• Ease-of-Service - All parts are easily accessible and disassembly of the machine is not needed to gain access.
• Filter Meter & Warning Lifht - The dust extractor is equipped with a filter guard that warns you when you need to clean the filters and a Jet-Pulse cleaning system that easily pulses the filters to keep them clean without having to come in contact with harmful dust.  For simple and dust-free bag replacement, the proven Longopac bag system is incorporated into the Scanmaskin 9000 Dust Extractor.
