2-PIECE ASSEMBLY: allows the handle-carriage to be easily separated from the motor head - advantageous when the machine needs transported in to hard to reach locations such as basements or mezzanines.
FLOATING HEAD - unique design provides 100% contact with the floor. The heads flexs by moving and adjusting to the contour of the floor. 100% automatic and self-adjusting, scraps and digs into the floor are prevented, a consistent and uniform finish is produced.

MAINTENANCE & SERVICE - Locally made and built in Elkhart, Indiana. All parts are readily available. Bonus: As a direct-drive machine vs. belts-and-pulley, first, there are no belts-and-pulleys to replace, and maintenance-wise, it's minimal if any.

Heavy-Duty Design:

HIGH-TORQUE MOTORS - 1.0 HP TEFC (totally enclosed fan cooled). Motors are protected from dust, debris and slurry.
GEARS: 11:1 Gear Ratio, Triple X-HD, Helical-Cut Industrial Gears. Produces high torque that is required to drive scrapers & metal diamonds with minimal amp draw
DIRECT-DRIVE plus STEEL COUPLER Vs. Belt-Drive Planetary Grinder: Plow through the thickest coatings without tripping a 20 amp circuit, and no coupler or belts to break.
- Direct-Drive - Industrial grade metal drive shaft: direct and solid connection from the motor to the diamond drive plate. This design produces far superior torque (vs. a belt-driven planetary system) while only drawing 14.9 amps
- Belts & Pulleys: used in planetary grinders to increase their RPM speed (for polishing). Torque, however, is greatly diminished which is required for grinding and removal. To off-set the reduced torque, planetary grinders rely on extreme weight to grind concrete and remove coatings.

Diamond Driver Plates (2) - 13"

Plates are equipped with 6-slots for diamond tools:

3" round diamonds and trapezoid tools are held securely in place by milled recesses and industrial magnets - tools are easy to change
Steel insert blanks ( round and trapezoid) are included, fits into the unused recesses to prevent the openings from filling with debris
Plate attaches to the F75 with the industry standard NP9200 Clutch Plate for easy attachment to the grinder's 3-tab driver. Clutch helps to prevent damage to the grinder, diamond driver plate and bodily injury should the plate hit an obstruction on the floor.
