FILTRATION
- BIA-Certified M-Class HEPA Cartridge Filter (Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit), provides a filtration efficiency of 1µ (micron).
- Pre-Filter: Oversized @ 3,800 sq. inches of filter surface handles a significant larger quantity of dust without clogging the filter, further helping to ensure the operator's safety as well as productivity.
- Filter Cleaning: This single-phase industrial vacuum is equipped with the innovative JetClean® filter cleaning system: the pre-filter is cleaned by utilizing the pressure difference between the interior and exterior of the vacuum --- without turning off the vacuum, disconnecting the suction hose, uses no electronics and doesn't air pulse the filter from the inside-out.
MATERIAL COLLECTION & DISPOSAL
- To facilitate ease and safety, the M100 uses the direct bagging system: materials are bagged directly without manual handling or transferring, the complete collection and disposal process is effortless.

	MOTORS The vacuum's suction power is created by three independent, 800 watt, single-phase AMETEK By-Pass Motors.		PRE-FILTER Filtration is reliably provided by a robust, wet/dry polyester filtering cartridge.
Each motor is equipped with its own on/off switch, allowing the operator to have precise control over the suction performance. The motors are securely housed in a durable casing which features a insulating sponge to effectively reduce noise levels and maintain a quiet operating environment.		Designed to maximize the filter surface area with a compact space, it allows the continued airflow even when the filter becomes dirty. The filter is certified as M-Class (BIA \| EN 60335-2-69), ensuring its efficiency in capturing particles down to 1 micron. This capacity effectively preserves the motors and safeguards the operator from potentially harmful particles.

	JET CLEAN® FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM A cutting-edge filter cleaning system developed by DePureco.		LONGOPAC® The collected material is securely stored within a durable plastic bag known as Lonopac®.
By harnessing the pressure differential between the vacuum's interior and exterior, this system blasts an air jet that effectively dislodges dust particles from the surface of the filter --- as opposed to cleaning it from the inside-out. This innovation ensures rapid and efficient cleaning of the filter while vacuuming operations continue without interruption.		The bag measures 65.62 feet in length, it's conveniently positioned beneath the filter chamber and it can be adjusted to accommodate various requirements. When the vacuum cleaner is turned off, the collected material effortlessly descends into the bag. Once the bag reaches its capacity, the operator can easily seal it, cut it off, and safely store or dispose of the accumulated matter. This process allows for a seamless transition to a fresh bag without any direct contact between the operator and the collected material.
