are the tools to use. Many are equipped with a diamond segment that acts as
a stabilizer, allowing for controlled, effective removal of even
the thickest coatings—all while maintaining a conventional
grinding process.

PCDs are produced by fusing carefully selected synthetic
diamond particles in a cobalt matrix. This process, carried
out under extremely high pressure and temperature, results in
tools that offer uniform hardness and wear resistance up to four
times greater than carbide.
