Looking for a compact planetary option for your grinding and polishing needs? The Conquer 20VS features a sturdy, well-balanced chassis and a powerful 5 horsepower cast-iron motor, all of which provides for the floor-flattening capabilities of larger machines while allowing for the maneuverability of a smaller foot print.

Excellent for residential and light commercial projects. The Conquer 20VS utilizes Kut-Rite's 70 years of planetary grinder manufacturing experience to deliver more power, performance and features than any other triple head planetary machine in its size. Applications range from concrete floor preparation and repair to grinding and polishing concrete as well as for terrazzo and other natural stone surfaces. Uses the standard magnetic 3-hole trapezoids or traditional bolt-on style diamonds, same as all the other Conquer models

The following unique Conquer features offer the operator extremely fast repair and tool removal and insertion. Fewer delays add up to lower labor costs. Better quality means more revenue. And remember, these machines are all American designed and American made in the Motor City.

Tilt-Back Feature - Easy and safe access to tooling, servicing and belt replacement. Many grinding and polishing machines are large, heavy units. Too many machines are difficult to work on and often call for two or more people to perform tooling changes and repairs.

With the Conquer Series, the Tilt-Back Bowl design allows the operator to safely and easily perform the service and required tool changes with using additional labor and running up job costs.

Belt Drive System - Belts are changed in minutes not hours! The belt drive system on a Conquer aims for maximum torque. The Serpentine belt couples with the exclusive horseshoe tensioner, providing up to 70 percent contact with the drive pulley and more than 50 percent contact with the spindle pulleys. This results in non-stop power and torque. In addition, the belt can be easily removed and replaced in a matter of minutes, not hours.

Quick Disconnect (QD) Tooling - The magnetic QD Tooling feature of the Conquer series has enabled Kut-Rite to redefine how diamond tools are mounted. The QD system incorporates two locating pins for precise tool positioning. Powerful neodymium rare earth "super magnets" hold the tools in place.

The pins and the magnets combine to produce a tool system that allows for quick, precise placing of tools and smooth running. The system holds power that virtually eliminates "tool kick out" during operation. Additionally, the magnetic plates also accept traditional 3-hole trapezoids and 3" bolt-on pucks.

Best Edge in the Business - There might be nothing more frustrating in the concrete grinding and polishing business than dealing with "the edges." Many machines are capable of doing the yeoman's work - up until faced with edge work. The entire line of Conquer machines finishes floors just an 1/8-inch from the walls!
