• Coverage:  

  • Use undiluted (straight)

  • Or up to 50:1 for regular light duty cleaning

  • Use undiluted (straight) up to 4:1 for removing smoke damage or sealers

  • 4:1 - 20:1 for removing heavy finger soil or foot traffic dirt

• Application:  spray, brush, wipe, or sponge at the recommended dilutions

  • Agitate as needed or simply allow adequate dwell time on the surface for the soil to be wiped mopped or sprayed away

  • Rinse depends on surfaces to be cleaned and dilutions

  • At high dilutions no rinse may be needed.

PSC. is capable of removing smoke, heavy finger soils, sealers and waxes, and foot traffic soil without any harm to the substrate.

Another real benefit of the product is that it does not foam on pickup, so that if you must vacuum the residue you will not waste time clearing foam or de-foaming.  All these characteristics make the soap readily disposable to sanitary sewer or easily treated in a waste reclaim system.
