24-HD: Features / Benefits

HEAVY DUTY SHROUD AND GRILL
The 24-HD’s shroud increases air velocity for large area ventilation and allows attaching Tempest Smooth Bore Ducting for ventilation over increased distances. Its grille meets both UL and CE safety requirements and keeps foreign objects out of danger of the fan blades.
WELDED STEEL ROLL-CAGE FRAME
Solid, welded steel roll-cage frame.
- 1" square tubing completely encloses and protects the internal components of the fan such as the shroud, motor and fan blades.
- Welds eliminate the need to continuously maintain/tighten nuts and bolts
- The 24-HD is designed and manufactured to take the beatings that come with industrial work.
HIGH CFM OUTPUT
blades are designed specifically the the 1 HP Motor for the greatest performance possible. Enclosed shroud directs the air pattern over greater distances towards the desired location.
MOTORS: Single Speed, Variable Speed & Explosion-Proof
TEFC Motors (Totally Enclosed (debris protected), Fan Cooled). This specific motor is matched perfectly with the fan blade’s size and pitch to produce the most effective air movement possible.
ADJUSTABLE TILT - 24-HD allows the user to easily adjust the fan tilt from 0 to +20 degrees. Simply press in the latch and extend the front legs to the desired height. If desired the unit is also designed to operate effectively when place on it's back.

LARGE 10" RUBBER WHEELS - will never go flat and are capable of rolling over almost anything you'll run into: rocks, mud, pipe, glass, etc. Where ever you need this fan you'll be able to get it there quickly and safely.
