  1. Blower + Ducting + Stabilizer + Dust Sock.  The ducting and dust sock are joined together at the Stabilizer, both are secure using a ratchet strap
  2. At the end of a run with Smooth Bore Ducting.  Stabilizers prevent the ducting from flapping, they secure it.  A ratchet straps secure the ducting to the stabilizer.
