DESCRIPTION:  The blower draws ambient air through the HEPA filter and supplies filtered air to the wearer via the half-mask.

CleanSpace PAPRs are a "breath responsive respirator" which means that it blows harder during inhalation and softer during exhalation.  The device continuously adjusts fan speed to maintain positive pressure in the half-mask.

1. AirSensit®  - Patented Technology:  The user’s breathing is monitored and the volume of airflow is adjusted to match the user's breathing pattern with every breath.
   
   Additional Benefits of AirSensit® with the Power Button:  the Power Button has three (3) operating modes:

   • Power "On" - the motor is running and there is airflow to the mask.  The blower automatically switches to Off after it has been removed from the user's face --- sensors detect that there is no breathing.

   • Power "Standby" - when the PAPR is put on --- sensors detect a change in pressure in the half-mask (triggered by your breathing) and automatically switches to "On" Mode.

   • Power "Off" - to conserve battery life, when the sensors detect that the PAPR isn't begin worn (i.e. there is no breathing), the PAPR automatically switches from "On", to "Standby", then to "Off".

2. Filter Change Alert — Filter Life:  Knowing when to change a filter is an important part of any respiratory protection program.  The Filter Change Alert is triggered when the filter exceeds its service limits and needs to be changed.  Additionally, should the filter become blocked, an audible alarm will sound and the "Filter" light on the keypad will be illuminated.

3. COST SAVINGS:  Use your existing PPE!  CleanSpace PAPRs accommodate all of your existing equipment.  They can be worn with or without a hardhat, underneath full face masks, welding helmets, half-face visors, eyewear and hearing protection.
   
   ADDITIONAL COST SAVINGS:  replacement masks can be ordered individually (S, M, L) for existing Power Units (i.e. the power unit doesn't have to be replaced for new users.)
