• Collect volumes of silica dust, hot mastic, moist debris at the same time.  Keeps the  other filters clean, provides for clean, safe and easy disposal

Unlike most "so-called" HEPA filters, in event of a failure, by rupture or the like of the disposable Collection Bag or one of the other filter components (shown below), the HEPA filter is the final filter in our "Fail-Safe" System and is certified to prevent any discharge of dangerous dust in the air.

BENEFITS INCLUDE:

1. Provides extreme "cake" release and prevention of ultra-fine powders from accumulating on its surface rather than depth filtration:
   • Surface filtration prevents the captured debris from impregnating itself into the filter
   • Depth filtration (i.e. a pleated cartridge filter) allows dust to "cake" itself deep into the pleats which immediately reduces suction
2. Assures the upstream filters of longer filter life and filter maintenance is greatly reduced.
3. Suction Drop Prevention - by reducing suction drop by just 10% you increase motor life and reduce power consumption (tripped breakers) by 33 percent!
4. Extreme & Diverse Applications - material withstands the most abusive of applications including dry or wet and temperatures up to 600°F.  The protective filter cover is suitable for high-temperature debris such as hot mastics during coating removal projects.
5. Filter is washable - while the component costs of our vacuums may be expensive their initial cost is offset by a natural, non-electronic self-cleaning filter system which assures maintained suction for improved production and longer motor and filter life.
