SKID PLATES

Free Skid Plate Per 6 Blade Purchase

ALWAYS CHECK the SKID PLATE BEFORE SAWING! Look for wear on the bottom side of the plate, typical life is at least 3 blades. If the blade slot is no longer a straight line, the skid plate must be replaced.

The Elite blades do not include a skid plate. We know for certain that our skid plates do not wear-out per blade nor are they the central key for chip-free edges - the key is the superior material, manufacturing & quality control of our blades.

Don't waste your money and let's help decrease environmental waste: there's no need to replace a skid plate for each blade. We offer both types of skid plates as follows:
