1-screw included per carbide segment.  You must use threaded lock glue (blue) when assembling.

• The bases holders (below) are sold individually, and they do not include a carbide cutter.

Features / Description

• Bi-Directional:  the individual carbide segments bolt to the base holder.  Depending on the direction of your machine, select either the left or right side of the holder.

• For use on smooth, power trowel surfaces --- not recommended for use on rough or beaten-up floors, the harden tungsten scrapers are brittle and can fracture.

• Optional number of segments to install in a base holder:

  • 3-segments on heavy machines

  • 2-segments for self-cleaning (shown in picture)

  • 1-segment on light machines (use the outside placeholder)

• When the edge dulls, remove and rotate a quarter turn ~ 4-edges per side (total of 8-edges)

• Tungsten segments are brittle, don't over tighten;  tighten just enough to allow movement

• Removes thick and/or extreme hard coatings, mastics, tar, rubber, ice, yellow safety paint, coatings that are failing.
