Installation onto Hilti Grinder

Using a hand screwdriver, remove the (4) screws from the plastic bracket (to prevent the heads from stripping, spray the screws with brake cleaner.)
Remove bracket and spring-band Re-secure the head to the grinder using the (4) shorter screws that we include for the Hilti set-up.

6" USA Dust Guard - cuts inside wall corners. How To Cut Inside Wall Corners - Increase Productivity

Cut into and out-of inside wall corners. The retractable corner cover is on a hinge: lock-ins when closed, unsnaps and retracts when approaching inside wall corners or when cutting in tight areas (i.e. 2' honeycomb - recessed ceiling panels in concrete parking garages.)

Nothing to disassemble or parts to lose. Maximum dust control is maintained when the cover is retracted. Achieve fantastic visibility, fit and productivity ~ A+ for crack chasing.

Retractable Corner Cover	Enables you to quickly cut-into-and-out-of inside wall corners, exposes two sides of the blade (front and size): inside 90° corners are effectively cut, corner cover is locked backed into place, horizontal joint cutting resumes. For the vertical joints of inside corners, use the Glitter Bits.

Universal Collar - Fits:

2" Dust Barrel & Housing: Besides dust, chunks of mortar also break loose and the 2" wide barrel prevents them from jamming inside the housing and at the hose connection, thereby prevent unnecessary downtime.

6" Blade Capacity: great option to have when the mortar joints are recessed (protruding stone walls), hard to reach areas (tilt-up wall panels), when deeper cuts are required. The 6" blade provides a 1-5/8" cutting depth which also helps to eliminate using larger and heavier grinders.
